Shri U.S. Bhartia has over 4 decades of experience of Business management. He is a graduate in commerce, with honours, from Kolkata University. Shri Bhartia has been awarded the lifetime achievement award in Business leadership for the India Chemical Sector by the Economic Times in October, 2024, a true testament to his commitment and visionary leadership. He has immense knowledge of the industry in which the Company operates and its business operations. He is involved in the day-to-day management of the IGL Group and takes keen interest in all the ongoing projects right from conception and planning till its execution and has been guiding the activities of the Company all through. He is a dynamic leader with a consistent focus on delivering value to all stakeholders. Further, his expertise and skills have contributed effectively to the growth of the Company. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of India Glycols Limited and also Director & Chairman of Hindustan Wires Limited, Kashipur Holdings Limited and Clariant IGL Specialty Chemicals Private Limited. He also holds Directorship in Polylink Polymers (India) Limited, HWL Traders Limited, IGL Finance Limited, IGL Infrastructure Private Limited, Ajay Commercial Co. Shri Vedant Jhaver
Shri Vedant Jhaver brings over two decades of experience in business management. He holds a master’s degree in computer science engineering and business management from Cornell University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras. He belongs to the Jhaver Group, a 130-year-old conglomerate with businesses spanning healthcare, agricultural inputs, information technology, infrastructure, and apparel accessories. He currently serves as Founder and Chairman of Prodapt. He is also the Group President and a member of the Board of Directors of the Jhaver Group of Companies, where he leads the group’s information technology, agricultural inputs, infrastructure, and apparel accessories businesses. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the Madras Management Association (MMA), and NASSCOM. He holds directorships in Prodapt Solutions Private Limited, Clariant IGL Speciality Chemicals Private Limited, IGL Infrastructure Private Limited, Prodapt Logistics Holdings Private Limited, and Prodapt Technology Holdings Private Limited, and is a Designated Partner in PTH Properties LLP and V3 Pest Management LLP.

Shri Shirish Rajendra Barwale has two decades of experience across the agriculture, seed technology, and financial services industries. He brings deep expertise in international business development, strategic growth, fund-raising, organizational turnaround, and building cultures of science-based innovation.He completed his graduation from Cornell University and pursued Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He began his career with global organizations of repute such as Boston Consulting Group and Morgan Stanley. Shri Samrat Banerjee has approx. 3 decades of experience in managing multi-asset class portfolios for wealthy families. He did his master’s in economics from Delhi School of Economics & Bachelors in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University. He is a co-founder of Blue Edge, an India focused investment execution platform structured as a family investment office. Prior to Blue Edge, he worked for nearly 7 years with HSBC Private Banking based in New Delhi, heading the North & East business for HSBC Private Banking India. He also worked with the French Banking major Societe Generale as a Senior Director for 4 years. He has also spent 7 years working in ABN Amro Private Banking and Standard Chartered Bank in various leadership roles. Shri Raj Kishore Singh
Shri R K Singh, Independent Director, has over 40 years of experience in Oil & Gas sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (mechanical engineering) from Banaras Hindu University. He currently serves as Head of Projects in Essar Oil & Gas Business. He was previously associated with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited as Chairman and Managing Director, and has served on the board of ONGC Ltd. He was also associated with the Environmental Committee of the Government of India, which grants environmental clearance to various projects in the oil and gas sector in India, as well as international organizations such as the World Petroleum Congress and the World LPG Association, through which he made significant contributions towards the developmental activities undertaken by these organizations. He holds directorship on the board of Gandhar Oil Refinery (India) Limited, Essar Uk Services Private Limited, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited, Ultra Gas Trading Limited, Essar Constructions India Limited, Aegis Logistics Limited, Ultra Gas & Energy Limited, Essar Oilchem Limited.
Shri Vimal Bhandari
Shri Vimal Bhandari has experience of 40 years in a range of businesses in the financial services industry. He is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University (Sydenhan college) and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He held various senior positions in various Non-Banking Finance Companies including the founding team at IL&FS, AEGON, IndoStar Capital and Arka Fincap and has extensive experience in building businesses strategy, planning, and execution. He was a Board Member, over last two decades, on companies like Bharat Forge, RBL Bank, DCM Shriram, Bayer CropScience and Kalpataru Projects International Ltd. He holds directorship on the board of JK Lakshmi Cement, HDFC Trustee, Escorts Kubota, KEC International and Polly Medicure Limited.
Ms. Nidhi Jagat Killalwala
Ms. Nidhi Jagat Killawala, Independent Director, is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial practice group at Khaitan & Co. LLP, based in the NCR office. She holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (2012). She specializes in corporate transactions across the full spectrum, including private financings of all stages, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment laws and corporate governance matters. She has advised marquee investors including SoftBank, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Google, General Catalyst, Peak XV (formerly Sequoia India), A91 Partners, ChrysCapital and Salesforce Ventures. She has been recognised as a “Recommended Lawyer” by Legal 500 and Chambers Asia-Pacific for her work on major financing rounds and M&A transactions in India. She currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Birlasoft Limited and Birlanu Limited.
Shri Manoj Kumar Rai
Mr. Manoj Kumar Rai aged 53 years is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience across the engineering, consumer goods, entertainment, and alcoholic beverages industries. He brings deep expertise in business strategy, P&L management, commercial excellence, and business transformation. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Prior to joining us, his immediate previous employment was with Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited as Chief Revenue Officer. During his career, he has also worked with organizations such as Pernod Ricard India, Marico Industries, Saregama India etc.
